She served as Louisiana Director of One Voice Louisiana, is former Vice President of Programs and Director of Policy Initiatives for Louisiana Disaster Recovery Foundation, (now Foundation for Louisiana).
Ashley has worked as senior consultant for PolicyLink and past director of Grantmaking and Programs for the Baton Rouge Area Foundation.
She was appointed to the Louisiana Board of Ethics in December 2012, was a 2005-2006 Fellow in the Emerging Leaders Program at Duke University and was appointed to the Foundation for the Mid South’s Commission to Build Philanthropy in 2003.
