Ned is former Chancellor of North Orange County Community College District and former President of Fresno State Community College. He is founding president/chancellor of South Louisiana Community College, was named to the Board of the Louisiana Blue Ribbon Committee on Excellence and has served as chief executive officer for Council of Louisiana. Ned is also former president of Saddleback College in California and Vice-President of academic affairs for Los Angeles Southwest College.
