Annette Jackson, part of SMHA’s Rural Recovery Assessment Team, visits with another home in Iowa, LA, one of the communities in which we mobilized our Rural Recovery Response to help families and communities recover from Hurricane Laura and Hurricane Delta.

SMHA continues working hard to gather resources and get the many needed volunteers to help many forgotten communities get back home.  The Mennonite Disaster Service has been invaluable in making homes safe for families to return to!
