SMHA Receives Major Grants From Louisiana-Based Stuller
The Stuller Family Foundation and Stuller Inc. of Lafayette, Louisiana, have contributed about $100,000 to help SMHA help rural Louisianians rebuild and recover. This includes a $75,000 grant directly to SMHA and another $24,000 in grants through the Community Foundation of Acadiana. Some of the funds were raised by company employees and then matched by the corporation which is one of the world's leading manufacturers and distributors of fine jewelry and related products.
Since SMHA receives no federal or state government funding, contributions such as these help make SMHA's Rural Recovery Response possible.
